Incarceration Transition

PRISON/JAIL OUTREACH TEAM:

Mission: To visit regularly those we have come in contact with through our various outreach team endeavors or LUTB residents who may be incarcerated. To remind them that God has not forgotten them and to demonstrate the love of Jesus. In addition to offer them a transition back into society through our Lighthouses, Christian Transitional Restoration Homes.

Most prison ministries focus on meeting the spiritual needs of inmates while they are incarcerated.
 

In addition to meeting spiritual needs of inmates during incarceration, Light Under The Bridge offers Lighthouses, Christian Transitional Restoration Homes which focuses on meeting the spiritual and physical needs of Christians when they are released into society. Most of these men and women possess nothing, very often not even a place to live. This creates the puzzle that we are trying to put back together.

Lighthouses, Christian Transitional Restoration Homes is available for believers upon their release from jail or prison. This fellowship and family setting is coupled with discipleship using biblical principles and mentoring by local church members.
